"Jinan City urban rail transit Regulations" was officially implemented on December 1

On November 30, Jinan Urban and Rural Transport Bureau, Jinan Public Security Bureau and Jinan Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. jointly carried out the "Jinan Urban Rail Transit Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") promotion and implementation activities were held at Bajianbao Station of Rail transit Line 2. It is reported that the regulations have been approved and will be formally implemented on December 1. It is understood that considering that spring water is the largest urban characteristics and urban brand of Jinan, in order to strengthen the protection of spring water and spring veins, in the process of deliberation and amendment of the Regulations, the "priority protection of spring water" is taken as an important principle of legislation, and the protection of spring water and spring water will run through all aspects of urban rail transit planning, construction, operation and management. The reporter learned that the "Regulations" clearly state that the municipal transportation department is responsible for the supervision and management of urban rail transit planning, construction and operation, and the Jinan public security, natural resources and planning departments do a good job of relevant management in accordance with their respective responsibilities, and the district and county people's governments along the urban rail transit line assist in the relevant work. At the same time, the urban rail transit business units determined by the Jinan Municipal People's Government according to law are specifically responsible for the construction, operation and management of urban rail transit. In addition, the regulation clearly stipulates that citizens, legal persons and other organizations have the right to complain and report to relevant departments for acts that disrupt the management order of urban rail transit and endanger operational safety.
